United Vein Centers seeks a Medical Receptionist to greet patients, collect insurance details, and guide them through intake forms and payments. You will manage scheduling for new and returning patients and maintain both hard copy and EMR records with HIPAA-compliant care.

The role requires handling a fast-paced clinic, strong communication, and basic Microsoft Office familiarity, with ECW experience a plus.

Competenze

• 2+ years’ experience in medical assisting or administration.
• Familiarity with ECW a plus.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on importance.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software.

Mansioni

• Greet patients upon arrival and sign them in, obtaining insurance information.
• Provide intake and new patient forms and copies of office policies.
• Process payments for co-pays and uninsured visits.
• Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients.
• Maintain hard copy records and EMR system files.
• Audit schedule for patient insurance eligibility.
• Provide patients with support and guidance as needed.
• Uphold UVVC Core Values and conduct standards.
