Trinity Health IHA Medical Group seeks a patient-focused Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and to support efficient office operations and high-quality patient care.

You will greet patients, verify registrations and insurance, schedule appointments, answer phones, collect payments, and assist with MyChart and daily office tasks in a day shift environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• No professional licensure is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in medical/physician office or customer service preferred.

Responsabilités

• Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion.
• Check patients in, verify registration and insurance information.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route messages.
• Collect payments and support accurate billing processes.
• Assist with patient communications, paperwork, and MyChart support.
• Maintain patient records and support day-to-day office operations.
• Partner with providers and clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
