Valley Medical Group in Amherst, MA, is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our Family Practice team. This full-time role involves phone and portal management, patient check-in, scheduling, and EMR documentation in a dynamic, multi-location health system serving over 55,000 patients.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Patient check in: collect demographics, verify insurance, collect payments, provide forms.
• Document all interactions in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
