Job summary

Valley Health System is seeking a front desk professional to support the Practice and its staff. You will perform essential front desk tasks such as check-in and check-out, handling patient flow and coordinating with clinical teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient service in a fast-paced environment. The position may involve rotating to other VMG locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and completion of coursework in office management, database management or business.
• Computer literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk activities including checking in and checking out patients.
• Provide administrative support to practice staff and Practice Manager.
• Maintain patient information with confidentiality and accuracy.
