Florida ENT and Allery is seeking a Medical Phone Scheduler for a full-time position at our Sabal Park office. This role focuses on exceptional customer service, handling a high volume of calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, and coordinating with insurance providers.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of call center experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Proficiency with computers and medical terminology is preferred.

Formación

• Minimum one year call center experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear speaking voice.
• Ability to prioritize and handle high call volume of patients.
• The ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong computer literacy is a MUST.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsabilidades
