• Minimum one-year cosmetic and medical surgical procedure scheduling experience.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional interaction.

Responsibilities

• Answering patient calls and surgery inquiries.
• Scheduling surgical procedures at credentialed centers and hospitals.
• Verifying surgical benefits and obtaining authorizations.
• Communicating surgery status updates to patients and surgeon.
• Ensuring pre-op and post-op instructions are relayed timely.
