ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is seeking a Medical Front Desk Representative for a full-time, weekday schedule in our Sarasota office. This position requires handling patient check-in/out, insurance data, multi-line phone systems, and coordination with EMR records.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and comfort with medical terminology. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; compensation will reflect experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of medical front desk experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Clear speaking voice and good communication.
• Ability to multitask and handle high patient volume.
• Team player with a helpful attitude.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong computer literacy; familiarity with EMR systems.
• Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service to patients and guests.
• Answer multi-line phones and assist callers.
• Greet patients, sign in, verify insurance information.
• Distribute intake forms and office policies to patients.
• Process payments for co-pays and uninsured visits.
• Perform Insurance Verification checks.
• Schedule appointments per physician availability.
• Maintain hard-copy records and EHR files.
• Call patients to remind about appointments and tests.
• Provide support as needed.
