Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations management, including 2+ years managing medical clinics.
• Basic understanding of value-based care models and healthcare regulations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare information systems.
• Experience managing profit and loss (P&L) operations.
• Effective decision-making and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including patient flow, scheduling, staffing, and resources.
• Implement value-based care strategies with clinical leadership.
• Supervise staff performance, development, and engagement.
• Manage center’s P&L, budgeting, expenses, and financial reporting.
• Monitor KPIs for patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, efficiency.
• Lead quality improvement and patient experience initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to policies.
• Coordinate with Finance, Compliance, Population Health for integrated care.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for patients and staff.
• Demonstrated experience in staff supervision, financial oversight, and leadership.
