University of Florida Jacksonville Physicians, Inc. seeks a Clinic Operations Supervisor to oversee front and back office staff in ambulatory settings.

You will coordinate daily clinic activities, serve as a liaison among staff, departments and patients, and promote courteous, efficient service. Key duties include assisting with payroll and hiring, training and coaching staff, monitoring labor and supply budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies.

Competenze

• 2 years Medical assistant and customer service experience in physician office required
• 1 year Medical assistant experience in the same or similar specialty required
• CMA certification and BLS required at time of hire

Mansioni

• Performs general office duties.
• Assists with personnel and payroll functions for assigned personnel
• Participates in hiring process, training and coaching staff
• Monitors budget for labor and supplies in front, back and clinical offices
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and organizational policies
• Participates in performance improvement projects and accreditation activities
• Supports managed care referral process and ensures appointment flow
