Qualifications

• 2 years working as a Customer Service Representative in physician office is required.
• 2 years working knowledge of insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, HMOs and other third-party payors, is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day clinic front office activities and personnel.
• Assist with payroll functions and hiring/training/coaching for staff.
• Ensure front office operates within planned activities (scheduling, registration, medical record maintenance, referrals, fee collection, and discharge).
• Monitor budgetary standards for front office labor and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and organizational procedures.
