Responsibilities

• Direct daily supervision of front and back office staff including appointments, check-in/check-out, patient registration, and referrals.
• Coordinate staffing, coaching, and training to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Maintain compliance and confidentiality while promoting the clinic mission and philosophy.
• Build communication and teamwork through regular staff meetings and information sharing.
• Interviews prospective employees and works with HR during hiring processes.
• Oversee on-site training for new and existing staff and coordinate with Clinic Manager and HR for counseling or discipline as needed.
