Job summary

Austin Regional Clinic in Austin, TX seeks a Clinic Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an outpatient medical clinic, ensuring efficient delivery of care. You will supervise clinic supervisors and staff, manage budgets, improve patient service, and ensure compliance with ARC standards and federal/state laws.

This role partners with administration and physicians to support staffing, scheduling, and long-term growth in a busy multi-site system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field with 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Alternate: High school diploma with 4+ years supervisory experience in a clinic setting.
• Preferred Texas RN/LVN licensure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of an outpatient medical clinic.
• Supervise clinic supervisors and ancillary staff.
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning for the clinic.
• Ensure compliance with ARC standards and applicable laws.
• Enhance patient service and satisfaction through process improvements.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Support holiday staffing and coordination with administration.
