Job summary

Virginia Oral & Facial Surgery in Sandston, VA is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead daily operations and front-office teams in a fast-paced surgical practice. You’ll partner with the Regional Director and doctors to ensure compassionate patient service, regulatory compliance, and efficient workflows.

You’ll oversee scheduling, staff evaluations, budgeting, and marketing support while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered culture and high standards of care across the Richmond

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of management experience in medical/dental practice.
• HIPAA knowledge required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support front-office and clinical teams to ensure efficient operation.
• Partner with Regional Director and physicians to maintain high standard of care.
• Oversee daily operations and patient/employee experience.
