Responsibilities

• Confirm and update patient identification, demographic, and insurance information.
• Prepare patient charts and documentation for upcoming appointments.
• Check-in and check-out functions, including collecting information and payments.
• Obtain consents/authorizations and process insurance pre-authorizations and referrals.
• Answer calls, document messages, and route inquiries to appropriate personnel.
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments.
• Maintain accurate and organized medical records.
• Support front-office operations and assist with other duties.
