Job summary

Harmony United Psychiatric Care is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our Coral Gables area operations. You will supervise the office team, coordinate patient/provider schedules, and drive strategic initiatives across the practice to support patient care excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, adherence to healthcare regulations, and superb communication to align clinical and administrative teams with the organization’s mission.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience overseeing multiple office locations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the office management team to ensure efficient administrative operations.
• Coordinate patient and provider schedules for optimal flow.
• Oversee provider schedules to maximize availability and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the organization’s mission.
• Hold regular meetings with senior management to align operational strategies.
• Address issues raised by providers, staff, and patients promptly.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Foster collaboration between clinical and administrative teams.
