Job summary

Harmony United Psychiatric Care in Coral Gables seeks a seasoned Practice Manager to lead daily operations across the practice, align schedules, and drive efficiency.

You will supervise office staff, manage patient and provider calendars, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement strategic initiatives to support growth and patient care excellence. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in healthcare with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in practice management, ideally overseeing multiple locations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the office management team to ensure efficient administrative operations.
• Manage patient scheduling to optimize appointment flow and patient experience.
• Oversee provider schedules to maximize availability and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to support the organization’s long-term goals.
• Conduct regular meetings with senior management to align operational strategies with the mission and vision.
• Address and resolve issues raised by providers, staff, and patients promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Foster collaboration between clinical and administrative teams.
