• Handles telephone calls in a friendly manner and takes messages as needed.
• Schedules appointments and revises schedules for patients and follow-ups.
• Prepares daily patient charts and ensures paperwork is attached.
• Collects copays and outstanding balances; balances clinic cash drawer daily.
• Monitors inventory and orders supplies as needed.
• Assists in cleaning and maintains waiting room cleanliness.
• May float to other Bothwell clinics as needed.
