Qualifications

• Required - High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Preferred - Certified Medical Office Assistant (NCCT) or CMA (NHA)

Responsibilities

• Registers new patients and updates patient demographics by collecting detailed information.
• Schedules new appointments and makes confirmation calls for upcoming visits.
• Collects co-pays and insurance data for full payment.
• Goes to front desk area to greet patients and respond to information requests.
• Represents MLH values and demonstrates patient- and family-centered care.
