• Registers new patients and updates demographics with detailed information.
• Schedules appointments and makes confirmation calls.
• Collects co-pays and insurance data to ensure payment.
• Greet patients, respond to information requests in person or by phone.
• Assists patients with the patient portal and front desk tasks.
