Christie Clinic in Champaign, IL is seeking a full-time Receptionist for the Fields clinic from Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. You will greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and assist with checkout while coordinating with medical staff to address patient needs before visits.

Responsibilities include verifying demographics, maintaining schedules, processing referrals, and handling insurance paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a medical office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
• Answer high volume phone calls and schedule patient appointments with all providers.
• Verify and update demographic information for patients.
• Maintain provider schedules and keep lobby area neat and orderly.
• Assist with checkout or rescheduling processes and complete insurance paperwork as needed.
• Schedule referrals and ensure patient paperwork is completed prior to visits.
