Job summary

Midwest Orthopaedic Consultants is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist for our Orland Park, IL and Oak Lawn, IL clinics. You will be the first point of contact for patients, greet them warmly, and verify/update their medical records and insurance information.

You will schedule appointments and print necessary paperwork, while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced orthopedic setting. The position is full-time and located in Illinois clinics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with EHR and PM programs is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with clinic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they enter the orthopedic office and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Verify and update medical records and insurance information.
• Schedule appointments and prepare paperwork for the clinic.
• Provide top-notch customer service and support to patients and staff.
