Spire Orthopedic Partners in Peabody, MA is seeking a friendly Front Desk Specialist to register and schedule patients, verify demographics and insurance, and handle calls with empathy and professionalism.

You will check in/out patients, collect co-pays, maintain scheduling, and support billing and administrative tasks while upholding HIPAA and privacy standards in a fast-paced, team-driven clinic.

Qualificações

• Experience in a medical office or call center preferred.
• Familiar with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
• Proficient with standard office software and data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and scheduling for patients.
• Register and check in/out patients; verify demographics and insurance.
• Verify patient insurance and referrals; collect co-payments.
• Handle incoming calls and relay information to care teams.
• Maintain appointment scheduling and update patient records.
• Assist with administrative tasks and handle test scheduling.
