Responsibilities

• Lead front and back-office operations under the Site Manager.
• Coordinate revenue cycle activities: check-in, check-out, payments, scheduling.
• Assist with scheduling procedures and surgeries.
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve workflow issues.
• Enter orders and maintain accurate patient information.
• Monitor patient flow and support efficient clinic operations.
• Utilize computer systems to manage schedules and records.
• Train and onboard team members.
• Assist with team evaluations and performance development.
• Maintain a professional, positive office environment.
• Serve as leader in charge during the manager's absence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
