Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare delivery setting.
• Preferred supervisory or team-lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate up to 10 office practice site team members and oversee front/back-office activities.
• Schedule appointments, manage work assignments, and ensure patient flow.
• Provide training and assist with evaluating front/back-office staff.
• Support daily deposits and related duties; office hours are Monday–Friday.
