Job summary

BayCare is seeking an Office Coordinator at North Bay Surgery in New Port Richey, FL. This role supports BayCare Medical Group, coordinating up to 10 site team members, scheduling and overseeing front- and back-office activities including patient appointments, insurance billing, and daily deposits.

Hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with shifts that may vary. BayCare offers a competitive total rewards package including paid time off, 401k match and annual contribution, yearly performance

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience in a health delivery setting.
• Supervisory/coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate up to 10 office site team members within BayCare Medical Group.
• Schedule, assign work, and oversee front/back-office activities including patient appointments, insurance billing and daily deposits.
• Provide training and assist with evaluation of front/back-office staff; maintain a professional office atmosphere.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
