UNC Pediatrics at Weaver Crossing in Chapel Hill, NC, is seeking a Medical Administrative Assistant to handle patient check-in/out, billing queries, and scheduling in a fast-paced clinical setting.

You will support revenue cycle activities, maintain accurate patient records, and collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth front-desk operations. High school diploma or GED required; medical office experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform patient check-in and check-out procedures accurately.
• Process financial information and provide patient billing details.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of protected health information.
• Answer phones promptly and provide complete information to patients.
• Schedule patient appointments with correct demographic/clinical data.
• Order and maintain clinic supplies and equipment.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines and participate in improvement activities.
