Job summary

Eagle Integrated Services, LLC (EIS) is seeking Medical Laboratory Technicians to support high-complexity testing in clinical laboratories. The role involves setup and operation of laboratory instruments, analysis of blood, urine, stool and respiratory samples, and adherence to CAP and CLIA guidelines.

Applicants should have at least an associate degree in a lab-related field or equivalent experience and be prepared to work under an NDA contract.

Qualifications

Microbiology, virology, and immunology knowledge preferred.
Associate degree in lab-related field required or equivalent experience.
Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in place with contracting company.

Responsibilities

Assist biological and medical scientists in laboratories.
Set up, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment; perform calculations and record results for high-complexity testing.
Analyze biological samples such as blood, urine, stool, and respiratory specimens.
Perform high-complexity testing in accordance with CAP and CLIA guidelines.
Follow Epidemiology Laboratory Operating Instructions for procedures.
Provide technical support for CHCS and Data Innovations Instrument Manager Systems.
Ensure specimen integrity and accurate identification throughout testing processes.
Deliver results within defined turnaround times.
