Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory tests across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, urinalysis, serology, and blood banking.
• Evaluate test results and troubleshoot to ensure accuracy.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments; prepare reagents and culture media; monitor quality control.
• Collect and process patient specimens; track in laboratory information systems; prepare specimens for referral testing.
• Validate and document results; communicate with healthcare providers; support quality assurance and accreditation activities.
