Job summary

Nextaff is urgently hiring a Medical Front Office Representative for a busy primary care practice in Bradenton, FL. You will greet patients, check in, answer calls, and handle scheduling, refills, and billing inquiries while keeping patient notes up to date.

The position is full-time on-site, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, offering weekly pay and benefits eligibility through Nextaff from day one of employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office environment.
• Bilingual skills are a plus (English/Spanish).
• Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology.
• Experience with EMR applications (eClinicalWorks preferred).
• Friendly, outgoing, with excellent telephone presence and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients.
• Answer telephone calls and field inquiries on scheduling, refills, billing, and general questions.
• Ensure patient notes are updated and accurate.
