Job summary

Nextaff is hiring an experienced Medical Assistant to support a primary care practice in Bradenton, FL. You'll greet patients, room them, take vital signs, and update histories to prepare them for the provider.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with weekly pay, health insurance from day one, and a contract-to-hire path. EClinicalWorks experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Medical Assistant experience in primary care or family medicine.
• Experience with EHR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred).
• Reliable, patient-centric with ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients, collect vital signs and update medical histories.
• Prepare patients for provider visits and keep the office running smoothly.
• Support day-to-day clinic operations in a busy primary care setting.

Nextaff is hiring an experienced Medical Assistant to support our client's primary care practice in Bradenton, FL. In this position, you'll be supporting working directly with patients, greeting and rooming patients, collecting vital signs, updating medical histories and readying them for meeting with their provider, and helping to keep the office running smoothly.

• $20-$23/hour, based on experience
• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM, no nights or weekends

What We need From You

• 1+ years of recent Medical Assistant experience in a Primary Care or Family Medicine practice
• Experience with EHR systems (eClinicalWorks a plus)
• A strong work ethic and desire to work in a fast-paced, patient-centric practice
• High school diploma/equivalent & ability to pass background/drug screening
