• At least 1 year of front office or desk experience in a medical practice.
• Experience using an EMR application (eClinicalWorks preferred).
• Strong knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology; excellent computer skills and a friendly attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; background and drug screening required.

Medical Office Representative | Venice, FL Nextaff is urgently hiring a Front Office Representative to work with our client, a growing primary care medical office in Venice, FL. This is a full-time contract-to-hire position with a Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule (no nights or weekends). In this role as Front Office Representative, you'll be the "face of the office", greeting and checking in patients with a smile, updating patient records, verifying insurance and collecting co-pays, scheduling appointments and helping "trains run on time".
