Job summary

NEXTAFF is hiring a bilingual Medical Front Office Representative for a busy primary care practice in Bradenton, FL. You will greet patients, check them in, answer calls, and update notes in the EHR, maintaining friendly, efficient front-desk operations.

The role is full-time, contract-to-hire, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and a path to a permanent position with a strong benefits package. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office environment.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology; experience updating patient data in EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients; answer calls and route inquiries.
• Field general patient questions and update notes in the EHR.
• Maintain accurate patient data and ensure smooth front-desk operations.
