Select Medical in Indianapolis is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to support our outpatient physical therapy center. You’ll greet patients, register them, explain the visit flow, and help them understand next steps during checkout.

You’ll schedule appointments, handle calls, coordinate with insurers and attorneys, and collect co-pays while verifying benefits. This full-time role includes mentorship, PTO, and health plan options.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year front desk experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications

Position: Patient Service Specialist, Split (at times)

Location: 6330 E 75th St Suite 116, Indianapolis, IN 46250

• May split time at the Noblesville location as well

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Weekdays, Monday through Friday

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00/hour
