Select Medical is seeking a Patient Service Specialist at our Indianapolis, IN outpatient physical therapy center. You will welcome patients, register them, explain visit flow, and coordinate appointments with front-desk excellence.

The role involves handling co-pays, payer communications, and verifying insurance, with emphasis on accuracy and customer care. Full-time weekday schedule, competitive hourly compensation, and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: 1 Year Front Desk experience
• Healthcare experience preferred

• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team

Overview

Position: Patient Service Specialist, Split (at times)

Location: 6330 E 75th St Suite 116, Indianapolis, IN 46250

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Weekdays, Monday through Friday

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00/hour
