Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist for our Cincinnati, OH center. You will greet patients, register them, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, and verify insurance to ensure a smooth visit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of front desk experience is required.
• Experience with patient intake and scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about the visit and next appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Communicate with attorneys, insurers, translation services, and internal teams as needed.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and perform insurance authorizations/verifications.

Position: Patient Service Specialist

Schedule: Weekdays, Monday through Friday (8am-5/6pm)

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 Year of Front Desk Experience

Preferred:

• Insurance Verification Experience
• Healthcare experience
