Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist in Houston, TX. This full-time role involves front desk duties and coordinating patient visits while traveling between centers in the greater Houston area.

The position requires reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and strong communication with patients, insurance, and external offices. Starting pay is $17 per hour, with opportunities to grow through mentorship and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year front desk experience required.
• 1 year medical office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visits and next appointments.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Communicate with attorneys, insurance and translation companies, market operators, and business development teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.

Compensation: Starting at $17 hour (pending experience)

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 Year of Front Desk Experience
• 1 Year of Medical Office Experience
• 1 Year of Scheduling Experience
