Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist in Westbrook, ME to join our outpatient physical therapy center. This PRN role offers weekday scheduling and a compensation range of $18.00–$20.00 per hour, with front desk responsibilities at the point of care to ensure a smooth patient experience from arrival through checkout.

You will greet patients, register them, schedule appointments by phone and in person, coordinate with insurers, attorneys, translation services, and internal teams, and

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 Year Front Desk experience.
• Healthcare experience.

• Maintain regular communication with attorneys, insurance companies, translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team.
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
