Job summary

Talentify is hiring a Patient Service Specialist in Vienna, VA. This full-time role at our outpatient physical therapy center focuses on patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and frontline administrative tasks. The position supports both patient care and center operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least 1 year of front desk or healthcare experience, and a customer-service mindset. Health-care experience and medical office familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of front desk experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visits and next appointment at checkout.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Communicate with legal offices, insurers, translation services, and internal teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and perform insurance verifications/authorizations.

Compensation: $19-$21/hour - (Pending experience)

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 1 Year of Front Desk Experience
• Health Care Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 Year of Medical Office Experience
