Job summary

Talentify in Arlington, VA is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to manage the front desk and the patient experience at our outpatient physical therapy center. You will greet patients, register them, explain visit procedures, and help patients with next appointments while supporting the business side of the center.

This full-time role offers $18-$22/hour, a schedule Mon/Wed/Fri (6:30am-3pm) and Tue/Thu (10:30am-7pm), generous PTO, and comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, dental,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Insurance Verification Experience.
• 1 Year of Medical Office Experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders and business development team.
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
