Job summary

Select Medical in Sartell, MN, is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to manage front desk operations and the patient experience at our outpatient orthopedic clinic.

You will greet patients, register them, schedule visits, collect co-pays, verify insurances, and coordinate with care teams to ensure smooth workflow. This full-time role offers weekday schedules and benefits including health coverage and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: 1 year front desk experience.
• Preferred: Healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

Position:Patient Service Specialist

Location:2251 Connecticut Ave South, Suite 3600, Sartell, MN 56377

• Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic located in the Sartell Medical Center

Type of Employment:Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Weekdays, as early as 6:45a and late as 6p

Compensation:$17.50- $20.00/hour

As a patient service specialist, you’ll manage both the patient side and the business side of our center. • Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications

Qualifications
