Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist at our Pleasanton, CA location. This full-time role Mon-Fri involves front-desk patient flow, scheduling, and coordination with insurance and related parties to ensure smooth visits.

The position emphasizes patient experience, administrative duties, and accurate payment processing in a outpatient physical therapy setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
• Experience with insurance verification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and inform them about what to expect during visits and next appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Maintain communication with attorneys, insurance providers, translation services, market ops leaders, and business development team.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.

Position: Patient Service Specialist

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Weekdays, Monday through Friday

Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00/hour
