Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to join our Parker, CO outpatient center. You will greet patients, register visits, and explain visit expectations as they check out. The role supports front-desk operations and patient flow at the point of care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year front desk experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visits and next appointment as they check out.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Coordinate communications with attorneys, insurance companies, translation services, and business development teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.

Position: Patient Service Specialist

Location: 10470 S Progress Way, Unit 104, Parker, CO 80134

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Weekdays, Monday through Friday

Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00/hour

• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

• 1 Year Front Desk experience
• Healthcare experience
