Job summary

Select Medical in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to greet patients, register them, and manage appointments. You will handle front desk duties and contribute to a positive patient experience at our outpatient PT center.

The role requires a High School diploma (or GED) and ideally 1 year of front desk experience, with healthcare background a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits and a clear path to mentorship and growth.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and inform them about visit expectations and upcoming appointments.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Maintain communication with attorneys, insurers, translation services, market ops, and business development teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and handle insurance authorizations and verifications.

• Will need to be flexible helping the surrounding clinics within 20 mile radius. Will discuss during interview

Type of Employment:Full-time

Schedule:Weekdays, Monday through Friday

Compensation:$19.00 - $20.00/hour
