Job summary

Talentify in Naperville is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to welcome patients at the front desk, register them, and guide their visit from arrival through checkout. This part-time role, located at 1020 East Ogden Avenue, Suite 207, requires scheduling, co-pay collection, and coordination with providers.

The position offers 2–4 evenings per week until 7pm, with travel up to 20 miles from the primary clinic.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 Year of Medical Office Experience required.
• Preferred: Insurance verification experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about their visit and next appointment as they check out.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Regular communication with attorneys' offices, insurance companies, translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team.
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.

Position: Patient Service Specialist

Willing to travel up to 20 miles from Primary Clinic

Type of Employment: Part-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours vary/2-4 evenings per week till 7pm)

Compensation: $17.00- $19.00/hour (pending experience)

When patients enter our outpatient physical therapy center in Naperville, we want them to have an exceptional experience – starting at the front desk. That’s where you come in. As a patient service specialist, you’ll manage both the patient side and the business side of our center.
