Select Medical's Millbury outpatient center is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to handle front desk duties, greet patients, register them, explain visit steps and assist with the next appointment scheduling.

You will schedule appointments by phone and in person, coordinating with attorneys, insurers, translators, and center leadership, while collecting co-pays and handling insurance authorizations and verifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: 1 year front desk experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

• Maintain regular communication with attorneys offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team.

Overview

Position:Patient Service Specialist

Location:73 Canal Street Millbury, MA 01527

Type of Employment:Full-time

Schedule: Weekdays, Monday through Friday (8-4:30, 11-7)

Compensation:$18.00 - $20.00/hour
