Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist in Medford, NJ. You will greet patients, register them, and guide them through visits, ensuring a smooth start to their care experiences. The role combines front desk duties with coordinating with providers and insurance entities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and upcoming appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Maintain communication with attorneys, insurance companies, translation services, operations leaders and business development teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.

Position: Patient Service Specialist

Location: Medford, NJ

Type of Employment: Full time

Schedule: Weekdays - Varies (2 evenings until 7pm)

Compensation: $19.50 to $20/hour (Pending experience)
