Job summary

Rush University Medical Center in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to manage front desk operations at our outpatient physical therapy center. You will greet patients, register them, and guide them through the visit, including scheduling and next appointments.

Responsibilities include collecting co-pays, handling payer approvals, and coordinating with insurance providers, attorneys, translation services, and the business development team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year front desk experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Weekdays, Monday through Friday

Compensation: $23.00 - $24.00/hour
