Job summary

Select Medical in Marina del Rey, CA is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to manage front-d desk operations, greet patients, schedule visits, collect co-pays and coordinate with insurance/providers. The role supports a smooth patient experience in outpatient PT centers and requires strong front-desk skills and healthcare familiarity.

Full-time position with a 7am-4pm weekday schedule; compensation $23.00-$24.00 per hour, plus benefits including PTO and health plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year front desk experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Greet and register patients and provide information about visits and appointments.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance verifications.
• Coordinate with attorneys, insurance, translation providers and leadership teams.

Location: 4640 Admiralty Way, Marina del Rey, CA

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Weekdays, Monday through Friday - 7am-4pm

Compensation: $23.00 - $24.00/hour
