Select Medical's outpatient center in Falmouth, ME seeks a Patient Service Specialist to welcome patients, register them, and guide them through their visit. The role focuses on a smooth front desk experience and accurate scheduling as you support the clinic’s daily operations.

You will schedule appointments, coordinate with payers, collect co-pays, and verify insurance, ensuring efficient patient flow during weekday clinic hours in a full-time capacity with competitive benefits.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year medical office experience preferred.
• Insurance verification experience preferred.

Overview

Position:Patient Service Specialist

Location:325 US Route 1, Unit A, Falmouth, ME 04105

Type of Employment:Full-time

Schedule: Weekdays, Monday through Friday (Clinic Hours)

Compensation:$17.00 - $22.00/hour
