Select Medical is seeking a Patient Service Specialist in El Segundo, CA. This full-time, on-site role handles front-desk patient flow, appointment scheduling, and coordination with insurers to support a smooth patient experience at the outpatient physical therapy center.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register patients and provide information about their visit and next appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Maintain regular communication with attorneys’ offices, insurance companies, translation services, market leaders and the business development team.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.

Overview

Position:Patient Service Specialist

Location: 2041 Rosecrans Ave, Suite 375, El Segunso, CA

Type of Employment:Full-time

Schedule: Weeekdays, Monday through Friday

Compensation:$23.00 - $24.00/hour

• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

• 1 Year Front Desk experience
• Healthcare experience
• Insurance Verification Experience
